This is the installation I had when I lived in Ferndale, Washington on a 2.38 acre home in the country without any HOA or antenna restrictions. I mention this if you need to check for any restrictions on your antenna location, including PRB-1.
PRB-1, an FCC Memorandum Opinion and Order, states that federal law pre-empts state and city law, and that since amateur radio operators are under federal license, they are subject only to building codes, with respect to safe antenna installation and height restrictions. Building permit fees must be reasonable.
Fortunately, I did not have any restrictions on my antenna location. I purchased my antenna from SteppIR. It’s a 3 element Yagi antenna. I purchased the tower in five 10 feet lengths, with a Ham IV antenna rotor, and 3-40 inch screw-in high tensile strength tie downs. The following pictures show installation day.
